A cracker like but softer; tortilla but crunchier, cookie but not as sugary. It is hard to express this round four-inch, wheat flour and olive oil cracker. Its texture, something I have never had before. Thin and bubbly with brown spots and highly irregular. The rich aromatic scent of savory coating crackles in your mouth, follows with various taste of rosemary, thyme, and olive oil. Every bite, all different; feel the bits and pieces of rock salt and some sweet accent.
The taste is simply magnificent, feel the rich scent of olive oil. My new snack obsession; INES ROSALES tortas with camembert cheese. I will add it in as a MUST to our next Christmas dinner.
